Everyone loves our restaurant-style sprouts with salty pancetta, prepared by hand by our chefs on Fish Island. Just reheat and serve. Easy.
Serve with Turkey Ballotine or Seldom Seen Farm Turkey and Pommes Chateaux.

Ingredients
Brussels Sprouts, Pancetta, Thyme, Olive oil, Salt & Pepper

Cooking instructions
Remove sprouts from tray and place in hot salted boiling water for 6-8 minutes. Meanwhile saute pancetta & Thyme in olive oil until crisp. Drain sprouts and toss into pan with a knob of butter for a further minute before serving.
